Booking Policy

Booking Requirements
All deliveries must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, unless same-day service is available.

1.
Clients must provide complete details, including:
o Pickup and drop-off addresses
o Contact names and phone numbers
o Package description (size, weight, contents if applicable)
o Requested delivery time

2. 
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking unless a credit account has been pre-approved.
Accepted payment methods: cash, debit/credit card, or approved digital payment (e.g., PayPal, Zelle, Cash App).
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.

3. 
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 12+ hours before pickup → Full refund or credit.
Cancellations made within 12 hours → 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations → No refund.

Rescheduling is allowed once without charge if notice is given at least 12 hours before pickup.

4. 
Delivery Conditions
AllDunn Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic,
accidents, or other conditions beyond our control.
Packages must be properly sealed, labeled, and safe to handle.
Hazardous, illegal, or restricted items will not be transported.

5. 
Liability & Insurance
Standard deliveries include limited liability coverage.
Clients are encouraged to purchase additional insurance for high-value items.


AllDunn Enterprises, LLC is not liable for damages due to improper packaging.

6. 
Client Responsibilities
Ensure someone is available at pickup and drop-off locations.
Provide accurate addresses and special instructions in advance.
Any additional wait time beyond 10 minutes may result in extra charges.
